NatadTech Solutions OPC - Terms of Service

By accessing or using NatadTech Solutions OPC, its website(s), platform(s), software, mobile applications, games, products, services, content, or any other materials, products, or services provided by or affiliated with NatadTech Solutions OPC, you agree to comply with and be bound by these general terms and conditions.

Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through NatadTech Solutions OPC's customer support system. Users are required to contact our support team to attempt an amicable resolution before escalating any claims. If the issue remains unresolved after engaging with customer support, NatadTech Solutions OPC reserves the right to determine further actions, including but not limited to formal legal procedures.

  • No form of arbitration that would impose costs on NatadTech Solutions OPC or its affiliates, including binding, non-binding, mandatory, voluntary, institutional, or ad hoc arbitration, shall be applicable.

  • NatadTech Solutions OPC reserves the right to handle mass claims or class action lawsuits on an individual basis to prevent exploitative practices. Class action lawsuits or mass claims may not be consolidated into a single proceeding, and each claim must be pursued individually.

  • In the event of any legal dispute, the opposing party shall be responsible for covering all legal fees and costs incurred by NatadTech Solutions OPC, including attorney's fees, court fees, and any other associated expenses. Disputes will proceed exclusively in the courts of Cebu City or Toledo City, Republic of the Philippines.
